This poor dog was shot and and put in a garbage bag and tied to a fence. I’m grateful that someone saved Buck. It’s great that they saved him and will find him a home. It’s amazing how people don’t care about animals and I do not understand why they can’t just go and take the animal to a shelter and this is ridicules that people do this to animals! They are still attempting to find who did this. I’m grateful they are able to raise the money to get the surgeries done.
