SPECTACULAR! We could not have asked for better all around service from top to bottom during our experience with Vic. We have a baby due any day and wanted our carpets cleaned to prepare for his arrival. They were able to clean spots that I thought would be there for eternity. Vic came in and was as professional and friendly as could be. I would and will recommend their services to anyone and everyone!

Vic has been doing my carpets for approximately 15 years. He can take a carpet with dried, loose dog poop or vomit with blood in it and make it look totally brand new! He is exceptionally good at his craft, congenial and easy to work with. I can’t imagine ever using anyone else. Ever. Vic’s wife and business associate Teri is almost always available to work with me to get me on Vic’s schedule ASAP if the emergency exists and it has more than once. I tease Vic telling him that I’m his favorite customer and therefore get special treatment but I know that all his customers get the same treatment….and it IS special.

Vic has been cleaning our carpets for many years now. We own two dogs and a cat so you could imagine how dirty our carpets get. Vic is quick to come out and clean our carpets whenever we need him. Lately with all this rain comes muddy paws so he has been here once a month. The carpets look fabulous when he is finished. There is no harsh chemical smells or any dirt left behind. Which is very important to us because we have a newborn who is on her way to crawling. He is very efficient and skilled in his profession. The office manager Terri, is very professional. She is very knowledgeable about any question I may have. She always makes sure that we can be put on the schedule whether it is an emergency or a routine cleaning. On a scale of five stars, they would definitely receive a five! I will never go with another carpet cleaner company. They will have our business for as long as they are in business.

Vic did a great job cleaning a carpet that others had been unsuccessful with. Also cleaned all our ducts and they were a mess after 8 years with 2 dogs. I will use his service again and again and highly recommend him to anyone with problem stains or to anyone who just wants their carpeting to look brand new again. For the second time, Vic did a phenominal job on our whole house wall-to-wall carpets, including the spare bedroom mess left by our sick basset hound — looked like chocolate pudding stains before, all gone after.

This is the second time Vic has cleaned my carpet. His new rotary scruber with injection and vacum did a great job. Couldn’t ask for more.

When I called Vic to get an estimate to clean the carpets at our school, I knew immediately that I’d found the right person/company for the job. Vic was pleasant, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. On top of that, he assured me that he did his own work! He came out to our Bucks County campus and did a beautiful job cleaning carpets and all the upholstered chairs in our offices. He also recommended a maintenance plan for us after the installation of new carpet in our receptiona and admisnistration areas. We will continue to use Vic’s company here and at our exton campus as well.
I called Vic on 2/29/2012 requesting carpet repair/stretching service and was extremely happy he was able to take care of my problem the very next afternoon. He called ahead of my appt. time to notify me he was running a bit late on another job. I assume he took longer on his prior job to insure his work was properly completed–I fully understand this fact.
When Vic arrived he appologized again for being late. How many service people do we know who never alert you they are running late, let alone appologize for a delay?
Vic assessed my problem, offered a solution and provided me with a reasonable estimate. In summary, he did a fantastic job. Both he and his assistant were very pleasent and courteous. All furniture was moved and replaced.
I would highly recommend his service to everyone.
We have had Vic into our home on several occassions and always felt he and co-workers are very professional. The carpets look great almost like having new carpets and they dry so fast you can be back to your normal life in no time. I would highly recommend his service to family and friends. Thanks Vic!
Vic has been cleaning my carpets for several years now. I have several high traffic areas that get dirty over time. When Vic is done, they look like new and stay that way for a long time.
Yesterday I had a carpet emergency when I knocke over a whole bottle of blue colored laundry detergent on my white rug. He was able to help me out quickly and got the detergent out of the carpet and remove the stain.
He always does a great job and in addition, he and his wife are so pleasant and helpful! I would highly recommend them and I never use anyone else.
I was checking the yellow pages for someone to dye my rugs and found Vic’s Carpet Dry Cleaners. I gave him a call and he was out the very next day with an estimate. While there, he told me they do ‘restorative’ rug dry cleaning and I probably would not want my rugs dyed after having this process done. He was absolutely right! I have had these rugs for approximately 15 years and they look brand new!! Vic was very informative and also told me how to keep my rugs looking like new! My husband and I couldn’t be happier. What a nice guy to work with! He is also going to put a new rug in our bedroom since I am changing colors and his estimate was below any of the others that we have checked with. Thanks, Vic, for a great job!!!
